Sutter Home Winery Inc. was unable to preserve its trademark win over Roar Spirits’s “El Bandido Yankee” tequila brand Thursday after the Ninth Circuit overturned a ruling that the trademark was confusingly similar to Sutter Home’s own “Bandit” line of wines.
